We almost didn’t go due to the bad reviews, but in all honesty it was great. We sat outside and were served with a smile. It was really busy so you can expect everything will take longer. Maybe whoever runs this place should add another person to the shift to satisfy the demand? Menu is really interesting, not the cheapest but you can tell that the ingredients are high quality. We had hummus, trout, chips with aoili and absolutely brilliant buratta salad! Phenomenal! We spend £55 including a tip and to be honest we were stuffed just right

We started off picking up coffee from caravan, the coffee was good, service was quick and friendly. After a walk round the park we stopped into the cafe for a snack and more coffee. Staff made us welcome and found us a table, took our order when we were ready and brought our food and drinks quickly. We enjoyed the food, the friendly staff and the welcoming relaxed atmosphere. We will be back soon.

We had the salmon and prawn tasting plate and heirloom tomato salad with pesto dressing. Together they were divine - top quality produce, salmon and prawns, and toasted flatbread. An awesome combination.

Based on the reviews I was expecting this place to be awful but it was far from it, and we are glad we gave it a go. The menu is relatively small but the dishes that they do provide are not your normal (but in a good way) and it caters for most diets. I went with the lobster roll and my wife had a eastenders (I mean coronation) chicken roll. Both came with chunky chips. Both of us really enjoyed each dish. The brioche bun was a good carrier for the filling and there was no leakage that you can sometimes get with pathetic bread. The chips were lacking a little seasoning but thankfully we did that ourself and we got mayo to enhance the flavour. We also got a couple of sweat treats which I believe are supplied by mimis Bakehouse which you can never go wrong with. Both were lovely. Whilst the staff were super smiley and friendly, I feel that the service was a little off the mark. I don’t know if it’s because we grabbed a table on our own, but we felt almost forgotten about as we sat for quite a while without being served. We had to grab their attention to a couple for times, one to get some menus and another time to place an order. Perhaps they need more staff or brushed up on their training? Thankfully it wasn’t too big of an issue for us but just thought I’d highlight it. I'll be honest, it's a bit pricey here. However, I believe they use high-quality ingredients, which might justify the higher prices. I don't mind paying extra for quality, but if you're planning to eat at Jupiter Artland, be prepared for an expensive day out.
